Yesterday I thought I want to try my hand at making a carrot cake to give my cake filling some variety.
Actually the whole process was very simple and the result was just perfect. The gentle blend between the cinnamon and All spice and that of the sugar filling between and under the fondant was simply magical.

I wanted to decorate this cake with these little carrots, that’s why I used Fondant and not the normal lemon icing though I think it gave a little to the theme and people did not expect a carrot cake hidden inside.
I will definitely make this again.
